Terms & Conditions
Deposit
We require 50% deposit to confirm catering bookings. If we are also
making other arrangements on your behalf, i.e. tent rental, chair rental
etc. we do require full payment for these cost in advance.
Cancellations
If the catering requested has to be cancelled, we require
one weeks notice prior to the first booked date.
With this notice we will refund your deposit in its entirety.
Cancellations on or within seven days of first booking date
will result in a charge of 50% of the total bill. This is due to the fact that
the ingredients will have been purchased with in this week period.
Payment Methods
Cash: U.S. Dollars, CND Dollars, E.C. Dollars, Pound Sterling & Euros.
Checks: Local E.C. Checks or Bank Drafts. Please make checks payable
to "Kim's Catering" or "Kim de Vega".
Credit cards: We accept Visa & Mastercard

To maintain a standard & quality we try to keep with in
a certain number of persons. These numbers can fluctuate
slightly but our guideline is currently along the following:
Cocktail Parties - 100
Buffets - 50
Light Refreshment - 100
